Kati, please introduce your core areas of expertise. Sunrise Sanctuary is an integrated healing space that blends techniques embraced by professional clinicians and therapists. My primary therapies include Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) which explores the subconscious mind, accesses past memories, and promotes physical and emotional healing. QHHT® clients experience a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential. I also work with the vibration of tuning forks, crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, buffalo drum, and other instruments to enhance well-being and relaxation.
What are the benefits of your alternative and holistic therapies? These therapies help clients release energy blockages, expand self-awareness, and gain powerful insights. All of these practices open the heart, mind and spirit. Healing is a private matter, and I take the time to get to know my client. Drawing upon years of experience, I also use my intuition to get the most from the healing space I’m sharing with each client. Every session is unique, as are the individual clients. That’s why my practice features a variety of complementary therapies.
What’s your background in the healing arts? I’ve benefited from a lifetime journey of personal growth, and a heightened sense of self-awareness. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed with responsibilities and questions about the modern challenges of life and relationships. We’ve all felt disconnected and frustrated at various times. I’ve learned how the most meaningful changes require a willingness to grow beyond our present circumstances and misunderstood assumptions about ourselves. I’ve explored many techniques in the healing arts over the years and I’m grateful to have built a private practice with my current mix of therapies.
Is healing possible for everyone, even for adults that feel too broken or too old? Absolutely. In many cases, the individuals that feel the most disconnected or troubled can make the biggest breakthroughs when it comes to healing and transformation. Motivation is one of the reasons, and it’s never too late to learn, grow and heal.
What would you like to share about your family and other interests? We are a family of five and we all work, play and live here in Sarasota County. In between the hustle of family life we enjoy laughs over a game of croquet and taking walks in nature. We all share a deep affection for our four feline companions. I aspire to bring the sacred into the everyday and prioritize meditation, heartfelt gratitude in nature, and being present. My favorite place is on a trail at dawn, feeling the new day come into being.
