Sean, please give a summary of your services and products?
We are a family owned and operated business providing water treatment and water filtration services to home, commercial and industrial customers throughout the region. That includes sales and service support for drinking water systems, reverse osmosis, water filters, water conditioners and filtration systems, tanks, and pumps (submersible and jet). We launched our business in 1991 and we’ve built a team of well trained professionals.
What communities do you support?
We support diverse customers in Venice, North Port, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Parrish, Arcadia, and other communities in our region. That includes water quality solutions for customers using well water, county, and municipal water systems
Is Florida water safe?
Federal water standards call for safe water to be delivered to every house, but healthy water isn’t monitored. It’s important for residents to do their homework and we can provide helpful information. The Florida Water Quality Association is the trade association for Florida water treatment professionals.
What’s available at your retail store in Venice?
We offer a wide range of filters, chemicals and salt along with thoughtful answers to technical questions related to all facets of water system installation and management. Our retail store serves as an education center for do-it-yourself customers.
How can water softeners enhance water quality?
They eliminate the effects of hard water by removing the calcium and magnesium. They can extend the life of water heaters, humidifiers, and household plumbing by as much as 30 percent.
How does your monthly service plan work?
We provide a discount to customers that sign up for one of our annual service plans. Details about each plan is posted on our website at GetBetterWater.org.
What else would you like to share that might interest new customers?
We offer a free water service quote at any time. We also provide 24-hour emergency service. Our website notes a few discounts including $100 off for a referral resulting in a customer buying a new filtration system. We also offer ten percent off on the first visit or a purchase at our retail store.
Where are you and April from originally?
I came here with my grandparents in 1976 from Dallas. April was born in Queens, NY and moved to Venice in 1986 from Oklahoma. We love living here and being part of our growing community.
